Not Just Cleaning (NJC) wins Land Securities cleaning services bid
Not Just Cleaning (NJC) has been awarded a 3 year contract with the leading UK property company Land Securities. The contract commenced on 1 May 2007 and comprises cleaning and fabric maintenance services for Land Securities’ portfolios 2 & 4 in the Capital. This consists of many prestigious London properties including the impressive and contemporary New Street Square development in Midtown.
NJC were one of two cleaning service providers selected from a shortlist of six, which included some of the industry’s major players. Land Securities Senior Estate Manager Ian Burr commented on the appointment: “The selected companies were chosen because they have shown an excellent understanding of, and alignment with Land Securities core values, coupled with a refreshing passion for service delivery“
