Not Just Cleaning (NJC) has been recognised as an Investor in People. This
achievement formally recognises the company’s commitment to training
and development. The process involved interviews with randomly chosen members
of NJC’s 350 staff. NJC are 1 of only 93 contract cleaning companies
in the UK to have achieved the standard. Only 9 contract cleaning companies
in the South East have been recognised as an Investor in People.
