Not Just Cleaning (NJC) recognised as an Investor in People
Not Just Cleaning (NJC) has been recognised as an Investor in People. This achievement formally recognises the company’s commitment to training and development. The process involved interviews with randomly chosen members of NJC’s 350 staff. NJC are 1 of only 93 contract cleaning companies in the UK to have achieved the standard. Only 9 contract cleaning companies in the South East have been recognised as an Investor in People.
NJC founder and Managing Director Connie Heppelthwaite commented: “We are committed to developing workforce skills in order to achieve our wider business aims in the contract cleaning sector. We have used the Investors in People planning process to organise our training and development programme so that it delivers focused, up-to-date skills to our people. This will be a major factor in driving our future success.”
